Conference Home
The rapid development of the European bank loan market has meant that fewer new bonds have been issued and this in turn has lead to oversubscription of those new bonds that do come to market. The year has seen an unprecedented number of world-wide leveraged buyouts (LBOs) although the number of deals was somewhat down on market expectations. Rising leverage could be a problem for the European credit market if the economy were to weaken leaving companies unable to achieve their estimated earnings.
IFR’s Capital Raising for Corporates Conference will bring together issuers, investors, arrangers and advisors. The programme will look at current trends and strategies and explore the different options available to companies wishing to raise capital explaining the sometimes complex legal and regulatory issues involved.
